  2. Hi Barbara...Thanks for stopping by again...and for the compliment. Writing my stuff keeps me balanced and centered. Keeps me from slipping into darkness. Maybe a tiptoe now and then:-) Obviously I do not follow any of the pre-cruise regimen I listed in my blog. In fact I am in the midst of losing five pounds this week via no alcohol, less food consumption and five days of intense gym activity. Still, I do party once on the cruise...but I still work out. The goal is to keep the weight gain under five pounds. Wish me luck.

  3. Great list, Annie.

How do you use Stevia? I have a few plants, but don't know what to do with them. Do I just pluck a leaf and float it in my lemon water?

    Thanks

  5. In response to Jean's question about how to use stevia--yes you can make a tea out of stevia leaves and use the sweetened water to sweeten a drink, but I don't know how well the leaves would sweeten the water if you just float them in the glass with the ice water and lemon ice cube. I buy either concentrated drops or powder made into a stevia sweetener that is sold a the health food store for mine.

  6. Great list. I may try that today at my blog.

Barb, would you mind emailing me (from my profile) so I can email you back? I didn't see an email for you at your profile. I have some Zone questions. Thanks.
